Wells High Five Boot Camp is a fun, intense, challenging and effective workout. You will tone your body, increase your cardio, and interact with people who are striving to accomplish similar goals. What to expect? a free body movement exercise system using limited weights, but emphasizing calisthenics and repeated movements. A profile will be kept on your progress and goals. Days and times TBA.
